To get a glitter cateye, she advises defining the line with a clear pencil and applying MAC Mixing Medium Eyeliner before dusting the glitter on. To go even further in your quest for brightness, play it like a showgirl and opt for some rhinestones. Burlesque performer Lotta Love made them her signature look. "It's amazing how they reflect the light, be they in the spotlight or not," she explains. You can wear a single one as a shiny beauty mark, or many for a more extravagant look. To make these jewels stay all night long, spray a sealer mist on your skin before application. For optimal hold, apply a small amount of eyelash glue on their backings and hold them in place until it dries. Washing the glue off can be a bit painful, but it's worth it for beauty, don't you think?
