During this period, the district will hold more than 400 reading and communication activities, featuring participation from 20 cultural institutions, including the China Bookstore and Kongfz.com (an online platform for Chinese old books), which supply rare academic publications and ancient books.
Students will participate in cultural exchanges through themed exhibitions, author meet-ups, and book-swapping activities.
The initiative will expand to seven other universities, including Tsinghua University and Beihang University.
