The China Guiyang (Laos Vientiane) Used Car Export Overseas Marketing and Public Service Center opened on June 25 in Chang Ku Village, Vientiane, Laos. Operated by the China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base, this center marks a pivotal step in the strategic deployment of Guiyang's used car export industry across Southeast Asian markets.
The center's exhibition hall, spanning approximately 600 square meters, features a used car display zone and an integrated service platform screen that showcases car details and inspection processes for local enterprises and customers.
The center focuses on pre-delivery inspection? to shorten vehicle pickup cycles, supply chain finance supervision?, the establishment of a ?localized after-sales system?, and the development of an ?information-sharing platform?.
It displays SUVs, pickup trucks, and new energy vehicles, supported by a Chinese-Laotian bilingual team, achieving an end-to-end "Guiyang inspection–Vientiane delivery" process.
By May of this year, the China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base had exported 265 used cars to Laos, totaling 46.43 million yuan ($6.5 million) in sales.
The base has established transit warehouses at China's Horgos and Kashi ports, alongside 10 overseas operational centers (including after-sales showrooms) in Almaty (Kazakhstan), Minsk (Belarus), Vientiane (Laos), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Manila (Philippines), and Freetown of Sierra Leone, laying foundations to consolidate and expand its global footprint.
Guiyang Free Trade Zone will support major used car export enterprises, advance the construction of the export base, and build a robust industrial ecosystem for used vehicle exports.
