Jinan, capital city of Shandong and known as the "City of Springs" in China, will host the International Jinan Festival of Springs from July 25 to Aug 25, inviting visitors to enjoy its millennia-old spring culture.
The Spring torch relay that took place on July 19, inspired by the city's iconic Baotu Spring, has already ignited the city's enthusiasm. Visitors can look forward to traditional spring processions, 3D mapping shows, and a lively spring market, where families can enjoy hands-on activities and cultural performances.

In Jining, the Shandong gourmet festival along the Grand Canal is a food lover's paradise. Running from July 18 to 20, the event featured over 600 varieties of delicious local and regional specialties.
From classic Shandong dishes like Kongfu cuisine to the delicate flavors of Huaiyang, the festival offered a unique culinary journey through China's diverse food culture. Kids also enjoyed traditional food-making activities and handicrafts such as dough-modeling and sugar-painting.

In Qingdao, the 35th International Beer Festival from July 18 to Aug 16 promises a summer of fun and excitement. With three main venues in Qingdao West Coast New Area, Laoshan, and Old Qingdao district, there's something for everyone. Visitors can enjoy the "Buffett of the Beer World" at the beer exchange, while families can explore over 2,000 events, including anime festivals and robot parades.
