Chen Jianguo was elected as secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Committee Monday.

At the First Plenary Session of the Ninth Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Committee of the CPC, Ma Qizhi, Han Maohua, Liu Fengfu, Chen Ximing (female) and Ma Wenxue were elected as deputy secretaries.
