NPC session to hear development, budget reports

A plenary meeting of the second session of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC), the parliament, is scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2004.
Minister Ma Kai in charge of the State Development and Reform Commission and Finance Minister Jin Renqing will report to the NPC deputies on the country's economic and social development plan, and budget respectively.
