中國“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融”六大模式從2013年開始至今，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融領(lǐng)域風(fēng)生水起。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的廣泛運(yùn)用給金融服務(wù)業(yè)帶來了翻天覆地的變化。

Internet finance（互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融），是指以依托于支付、云計(jì)算、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及搜索引擎等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)工具，實(shí)現(xiàn)資金融通、支付和信息中介等業(yè)務(wù)的一種新興金融。根據(jù)China Internet finance report (2014)（《中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融報(bào)告（2014）》），中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融有六種形式，今天讓我們來盤點(diǎn)一下這六大模式吧。

1. Peer-to-peer lending（P2P網(wǎng)貸）

China's peer-to-peer (also known as P2P) lending platforms have emerged quickly. In September, the number of peer-to-peer lending companies increased to 1,438, with outstanding loans hitting 64.6 billion yuan ($10.6 billion), up 11 percent month-on-month. P2P網(wǎng)貸平臺(tái)迅速發(fā)展，2014年9月P2P網(wǎng)貸公司增加到1438家，未償還貸款總額達(dá)到646億元(106億美元)，月環(huán)比上漲11%。

Peer-to-peer，點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)，Peer-to-peer lending，即網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸，指的是個(gè)體和個(gè)體之間通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的直接借貸。

Renrendai（人人貸）是典型中國式P2P，采用了與美國P2P網(wǎng)貸平臺(tái)Lending Club類似的操作模式。人人貸采用online-to-offline model（線上線下相結(jié)合模式）。

2. Crowdfunding（眾籌融資）

Crowdfunding refers to funding a project or a company by pooling money from many people, usually via the Internet. 眾籌融資指通常利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)向他人募集項(xiàng)目或公司資金。

2011年，中國約建立了30家crowdfunding platform companies（眾籌公司），Dreamore（追夢(mèng)網(wǎng)）就是一個(gè)成功的例子，追夢(mèng)網(wǎng)是一個(gè)專注于年輕人的新生活眾籌平臺(tái)。可以發(fā)起和支持眾籌項(xiàng)目，也可以分享和欣賞各種創(chuàng)意行動(dòng)。

3. Internet payment（互聯(lián)網(wǎng)支付）

Third-party payment transactions on the Web amounted to 5.37 trillion yuan in 2013, up 46.8 percent from the previous year and third-party mobile payment transactions increased by 707 percent. 2013年互聯(lián)網(wǎng)支付交易達(dá)5.37萬億元，較12年上漲了46.8%，同時(shí)移動(dòng)支付交易規(guī)模增長率高達(dá)707%。

Internet payment，即互聯(lián)網(wǎng)支付，是指通過計(jì)算機(jī)、手機(jī)等設(shè)備，依托互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)起支付指令、轉(zhuǎn)移資金的服務(wù)，其實(shí)質(zhì)是新興支付機(jī)構(gòu)作為中介，利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在付款人和收款人之間提供的fund transfer service（資金劃轉(zhuǎn)服務(wù)）。

阿里巴巴集團(tuán)旗下的Alipay（支付寶）是中國最大的第三方支付平臺(tái)，2013年底，支付寶的registered users（注冊(cè)用戶）達(dá)到3億人。
