Text of President Barack Obama's first State of the Union speech
當地時間周三晚9時，美國總統奧巴馬發表上任后的首次國情咨文演講。他在講話中宣布政府計劃向銀行收費，以彌補政府為救助金融機構及汽車業而蒙受的損失，補償納稅人的利益。

To Democrats, I would remind you that we still have the largest majority in decades, and the people expect us to solve some problems, not run for the hills.(Speaking to "naysayers"in Congress)
