自12月11日起，中國(guó)將對(duì)外開(kāi)放國(guó)內(nèi)原油、成品油的批發(fā)經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)，一改中石油和中石化兩大集團(tuán)集中批發(fā)成品油的局面。從此，具備條件的企業(yè)都可以從事原油、成品油的批發(fā)經(jīng)營(yíng)，國(guó)內(nèi)石油市場(chǎng)將逐步形成國(guó)有大型石油公司、跨國(guó)石油公司和社會(huì)經(jīng)營(yíng)單位共同參與的格局。

The wholesale business has long been monopolized by two State-owned conglomerates China Petrochemical Corp (Sinopec) and China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC). 報(bào)道中的“wholesale market”指“批發(fā)市場(chǎng)”。“Wholesale”在此做形容詞，表示“批發(fā)的”，如：wholesale price（批發(fā)價(jià)）、whole dealer（批發(fā)商）、wholesale business（批發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)）。
