隨著大量農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移到城鎮(zhèn)，農(nóng)民工健康越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)的關(guān)注。從今年起，衛(wèi)生部將在29個(gè)省（區(qū)、市）的65個(gè)縣（市、區(qū)）開(kāi)展農(nóng)民工健康關(guān)愛(ài)工程項(xiàng)目試點(diǎn)，切實(shí)保障廣大農(nóng)民工的身體健康。

The Ministry of Health will offer free psychological counseling to at least 80 percent of migrant workers in 65 counties and cities as part of a pilot project that kicks off this year, the People's Daily reported on Sunday.
《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》上周日?qǐng)?bào)道說(shuō)，衛(wèi)生部將于今年開(kāi)始一個(gè)試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，為65個(gè)縣市的至少80%的農(nóng)民工提供免費(fèi)的心理咨詢服務(wù)。
在上面的報(bào)道中，psychological counseling指的是“心理咨詢”，包括psychological assistance（心理援助）和psychological reconstruction（心理重構(gòu)）等具體表現(xiàn)形式。Counsel在這里的意思是“咨詢，輔導(dǎo)”。看一下例子：His job is to counsel students on how to choose a career.（他的工作是輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生就業(yè)。）也可以作不及物動(dòng)詞用，例如：She counseled with her husband about the problem.（她同丈夫商量了這個(gè)問(wèn)題。）
近年來(lái)labor disputes（勞資糾紛）、wage arrears（工資拖欠）等問(wèn)題困擾著農(nóng)民工，而他們的心理問(wèn)題也日益成為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。衛(wèi)生部要求為農(nóng)民工set up health database（建立健康檔案），并將在pilot areas（試點(diǎn)地區(qū)）發(fā)起對(duì)occupational diseases（職業(yè)病）的研究。
