The cross-Straits Business Cooperation Zone, or Modern Logistics Base, is located in the Huaqiao International Service Business Park, located in the east of Shunchen Road, lying on the south of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and the north of Lvdi Avenue.
The land in which first-phase is located will be divided into five areas: Taiwan commodity trading area, product display area, bonded logistics and warehousing area, business offices, and comprehensive supporting area.
The zone will consolidate and give full pay to its resources and conditions for economic development as well as its seaports and airports advantages in Kunshan and the surrounding areas.
Striving to act as an important carrier of a new round transfer of Taiwan fund, the zone will forge procurement and distribution centers, consisting of the cross-Straits International Trade Center, and Logistics Distribution Center.
